I never used to reach for fruit. If I had a craving for anything fruity I had a glass of wine. I’m serious! I counted a glass of wine and a little cheese as a healthy serving of something.
Since I am a tiny house right now, I eat fruit instead. Loads of fruit, more fruit than I think I’ve ever eaten, ever. I like it very much! Apples with peanut butter, bananas and yogurt, grapefruit that glistens like jewels, and tiny sweet mandarin’s! I can’t get enough.
I’m going to make rice pudding and almond milk this week.
I’m just sayin’.
