Copper River Salmon with Basmati rice, Asparagus, and Sauteed Morels

I made Copper River salmon at my house on Sunday night. Cal, who seldom asks for food, asked me to make him some salmon, and of course, I agreed.

Everything about this dish was super successful except for the picture. But still. Everything was prepared simply with to focus on the fresh organic ingredients. Salt and pepper were the primary seasoning with the exception of the rice which got a bay leaf. Everything was finished with a good organic olive oil.  The entire thing was built on top of a shallow pool of dill cream sauce.
